How are you connecting to the printer? USB or Ethernet?
What version of Windows Vista are you using? 32 Bit or 64?
Also, did you download the latest driver from the xerox support website or the disk that came with the device?
I have Vista business for my OS. I've been trying to install driver for a phaser 8550DP I recieve error 0x000003eb and will not install the driver. It's really frustrating can anyone out there help me? bbeck
