Hello! Try the following:
Turn off the machine completely, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on. This simple step can often clear out any temporary issues.
Ensure there are no paper jams or other obstructions inside the machine that might be causing the error. Clear any paper jams carefully.
If there are any print jobs stuck in the print queue, try canceling them. Sometimes, a pending print job can cause the machine to be "busy."

Are there any fault codes? I don't seem to find any info on that message in the knowledgebase. Have you tried powering it off for 2 mins and back on to try and clear message? Also, make sure all cable are connected properly.
