You would need to call Xerox, but it is probably not an option as you would probably void the warranty trying to replace it.
I'm sure you could find the part online, but it would not be worth it to buy the part in my mind, Newegg has a great return policy in my experience and you would likely get the printer exchanged in about the time it would take to get the roller.
Hello!
I bought a new Xerox Phaser 6500DN from newegg.com. It arrived in a big undamaged box that barely fit in my car. unpackaged it at home, setup was a breeze, installed the duplexing unit and downloaded the drivers (since the CD wouldn't work on Win10). all worked well, Win10 found the printer and when I went to print a test page, the paper jammed at the exit. I popped it opened, cleared the jam, and then noticed one of the exit rollers lying in the paper tray with one side of the "legs" broken off. I don't really want to return this for a tiny roller...is there a way to get a replacement roller to fix this?
