Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the "plug and play" solution for the Phaser 8400, 8500, 8550. I am unable to find a source for any disk. The solution explains how to connect via USB. See if this solution helps if not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Anyone know where I can obtain an "Orginial" installation disk for a Phaser 8400, 8500, 8550 (can't find mine)+. Plug and Play does not work therefore I cannot get a USB printer port. If I remember correctly the installation disk will search for printers connected via USB. Willing to buy and and pay shipping. It may not fix the problem but I am old and want to try it Have a Win 7 Machine if Win 10 fails. Yeah, i don't often give up.
