Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please check out the solutions for Paper Jam.  If none of those help, try a new ream of paper, if it still jams consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

paper jam in tray 1 - Workcentre 3225

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

The paper constantly jamming when trying to print or copy. I have cleared the paper jam several times, clean the rollers severals times but still the issue persist. The paper stucks whenever it tries to go under the where the drum. What could be the issue?
