any help on the paper jam, I have used up all my resourses to resolve the problem,
when I send a print request to it, I hear a mechanical knock as is a mechanical lock down, then the fault lights up, with the "paper jam in tray1", seems a software intrusdion,
since I have tried the pushing a soft card board to free the small switch in the paper feed route to no avail to solve the the problem

I can't really tell you how you fixed the problem but the things to look at when you have a jam is the paper, is it within specifications, has it become wet/moist from high humidity? Please take a look at the solutions for the paper jam in tray 1. If the problem returns please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Hello I have problem with Workcentre 3325, the problem is that the device is switch in blocking mode, the error is paper jam in tray 1, I do the instructions to remove this error, and I remove the paper holder, and I see there is paper and it is stuck and stuck in tray 1 every time.
45 minutes I remove toner, I remove paper, I reboot device, and nothing and nothing, after 45 minutes I solved the problem, but I am not sure how, now the device is work!
Why I have this problem?
