paper jam

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Not Specified

I will appriciate help How to take out paper jam

the paper dose not seen when i open the back of the printer and also not seen when i take out the paper tray

I do see the paper only in the narrow space inside th printer but dont know how to get there
