Problem solved.
I opened the screws on the bottom side of the upper ADF (for copying). Then I could remove the input tray by pushing a very thin metal piece of steel to push the click fasteners down. Next I removed both side panels by lifting them a bit upwards AND (!) sidewards. Next you can loosen the two screws of the gray inside (with the transporting rolls) on the white plastic pillars on the front side.
This was enough for me to get the paper out of the ADF. Putting all together, and he worked fine again!
Dear CherylO,
Thanks for your answer. But I know already this solution. My problem is that the paper is down on the bottom of the AFD. I contacted already the Xerox services in Holland. They gave the same solution as you gave me. The alternative they gave was to send a technician for € 300. Great!
My question is how to open the AFD, so I can remove the paper from the inner side of the AFD. I removed the screws from the down-side of the AFD. The cover is now free a little, but there are some click-holders (how do you call these?) that keep the upside and downside together. I cannot find out where these are located. So if you have information about this??

Hi there. I have a WorkCentre 6605. When I used the AFD for copiing a document the paper got stuck inside the ADF. Impossible to reach the paper. I can see a small piece of paper inside. Opening the ADF cover it is empty, so the paper is deep inside the ADF.
Question: how to reach the inner side of the ADF?
Thanks,
Ab
