Transfer Belt error not cleared by taking out imaging unit and putting it back in
Noise of Crinkling Film still happens each time MFP is rebooted or tries to POST the imaging unit.
This appears to be a Hardware/Serviceable Part Issue.
Would Replacing the Imaging Unit replace the Transfer Belt?
Hi PerkinsCR,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at these solutions for the Transfer Belt error that I found on the support page for the 6110mfp. If this does not help then you will need to contact support as the transfer rollers are not customer replaceable.
OUT RID : 18307764
Note: Purchased on/around Monday, 2 June 2008... No service agreement, out of warranty
I beleve that the transfer roller has broken as plastic film noises are heard when the printer tries to start.
Is this a frangible part that I can buy and replace?
Is this built into the imaging unit or a seperate frangible/user replacable part?
