I was told to reset the machine back to factory defaults.  I did and set things up again.  It worked for about a week.  The latest error I have today, out of nowhere, is 08,045.43:3869.  Is this the same thing?

it has something todo with the media path motor, you should call xerox to request an engineer to replace of fix that part

error #08,045.43.3653.....What does this mean?
