phaser 8560n printer startup repeats cycle and never starts

there is another topic with the same issue, the solutions was replacing a part, its better to call xerox to request an engineer

I have a phaser 8560n.  when it is running its startup sequence, it keep cycling between cleaning, warming up, printing a test page, and never is ready for print.  What can i do to stop this or reset this.
