Hey!

 

According to the fault code you got, the Drum Maintenance Camshaft is probably damaged, and what I know this is changed by an Engineer.

At least now you know the problem, it's something wrong with the Camshaft.

printer error 94,700.00:3360

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

My ColorQube 8570 is stating a printer error:  94,700.00:3360

 

Anyone know what this means?  A code search of Xerox says to shut off the printer and contact Xerox support.  However, we live over an hour from the nearest Xerox authorized support techs and the cost for them to drive here and back almost equates to the cost to replace the printer.  The printer is only about a year old.
