Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am unable to find a Phaser 3117 in the list of machines for North America.  Please let me know what country you are in so that I can try to find information on the machine you are using.  Alternately please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

printing problem

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hey! I have a printer Xerox Phaser 3117. I installed the drivers and it looks like everything is fine, but when i try to print something, in the print status is writing 'Printing'. In fact nothing is happening. 
If you can see the picture down, you can see that the printer is deafult and it's working, but  at the "Unspecified" - the "Unknown Device" it's appering when i connect the cabble of printer at the USB Port so I think that the problem it's to the USB Port. 

Can anybody please help me to fix that problem!
