As I stated in my post I can not navagate anywhere from the touch screen. I would have to be able to navagate to "reset my printer" you linked to.

Thank you for using the forum, I searched our online knowledge base and found an article on how to reset your printer

If you are still having issues after trying these steps I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

"Machine Reset Needed"

Product Name: Phaser 7800
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 - El Capitan

Getting this message on touch screen and can't get past it. Restarted machine many times and get the green screen on start-up then after a couple of minutes I get the red "Machine Reset Needed" error screen which tells me to turn machine off for 5 seconds and then turn on again which we have done a dozen times and still end up with same red error screen. I can not navigate out of the red error screen. We can print to the printer though but I need to get past error screen. I googled Phaser 7800 "Machine Reset Needed" and not one hit. Help! Thank you
