Getting this message on touch screen and can't get past it. Restarted machine many times and get the green screen on start-up then after a couple of minutes I get the red "Machine Reset Needed" error screen which tells me to turn machine off for 5 seconds and then turn on again which we have done a dozen times and still end up with same red error screen. I can not navigate out of the red error screen. We can print to the printer though but I need to get past error screen. I googled Phaser 7800 "Machine Reset Needed" and not one hit. Help! Thank you
