It is likely the battery or the software module. Probably one of them is slightly loose after the move.

You would need a Service Technician to help with this.

"Problem with local interface detected" on WorkCentre 5638.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Doesn't t boot up but user interface states:  "Problem with local interface detected.  Turn off and restart".  Unit dosn't turn off unless unplugged.  16K copy count.  Unit worked fine until I recently but gently, hand trucked it to the second floor.  Can it be a local ionterface board failure?  Where is that board located.  It doesn't appear to be located in the pull-out rear board tray.  Thanks for any and all help.
