scanning - rename file name on the UI

Thanks for this. I was reading the documents already, but they're only talking about the default filing name.

Changing it on the fly, for each scan, seems not to be possible at all. We're now going for another model, the B405.

Does anyone know if there's a workaround to name the file for scanning to FTP or shared folder on the UI on the fly?

We have a few B315 and it seems this is not option at all. I don't have a C315, but the manuals don't say anything about this either. Maybe someone here does know if the C315 can do it?

The users need the option to put in a contract number for the file name, scanning to shared server folder. The next one up, the VersaLink B405 can do it, but comes at a significant increase in cost.
