The machines are picky about the type size capacity and format type!

you want to get a 2 or 4 gigabyte usb thumb drive. And format it as FAT32.

also you need to ENABLE the software upgrade option!

  1. Access CentreWare Internet Services and login as System Administrator. See the Related Content for additional information.
  2. Click on the Properties tab.
  3. Click on General Setup on the left side of the screen.
  4. Click Machine Software.
  5. Click Upgrades.
  6. Under Upgrades, select Enabled.
  7. Click Apply.
