system upgrade error

i have a serious issue using my xerox workcentre 7845 it does not boot to login menu, it always rebooth on its own( its not blinking any green light). i tried updating the firmware using usb drive but its showing software upgrade error. please what can i do to resolve it?

This thread is almost 2 years old. You may want to start you own thread. But...

Based on the pics uploaded by the OP, this is more than likely a bad hard drive. You may be able to get a little more life out of the drive by simply albooting the sw but the issue will probably return in the future.
