hey guys/gals i have a worcener 4150, new toner and it is not regestering that it is there says i need to remove tape. i did a little reserach and there is a gear in the back that is supposed to have a spring to move in and out, i pressed said gear and it doent move, were do i get said gear to replace the broken one
