updates done - still not working

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10

I have done all the updates as suggested . It still gets error message 016-748.

It finds it difficult to select appropriate tray to print and then it gets jammed when it prints.

can someone ring me on 07448019212

I found this article for the error code 016-748 with step to try and resolve the issue.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance.
