wc 7220i continously prints blank pages

Boot it up and go to

Machine Status > Tools > Security Settings > Image Overwrite Security

Then go to Disk Overwrite Now > Overwrite Now

 

That will take 20-45 minutes

Then, after it reboots, Machine status > Tools > Troubleshooting > Resets

Software Resets > All Software > Reset > Reset

At that point if it is still not right you would need to have a tech come look at it, likely it would be broken physically in hardware someplace, might need to be ALTBOOTed (Complete wipe and reload done by tech in cases where corruption of firmware is expected.

hello all, i have a 7220i, that after printing a form the other day, as i have done countless times previously, the machine started printing blank pages, untill you manually delete the print job. This is also the case for copying, wether it be on the glass or through the ADF. it is giving me a 319.410.03 code but when i looked that up through the support page it said there were no matches for that. any help would be appreciated as our mfp is quite a large door stop at the moment.
