Please take a look at this article for when a printer frequently rebootsIf you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

i have been able to update the firmwear thruiugh the Special Boot Menu, it does not fix the issue. However if the upload fails, the printer will exit its reboot cycle and i can fully use it for about 10 minutes until it reboots itself. it is then back into the boot up for about 7-8 seconds and restart over and over.

will not power on

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 11

We had a recent bunch of power outages, and now that power is restored, my home office 6515 will not start up and stay on. As soon as i plug it in, it starts up, clicks a few times and powers off in about 10 seconds. I have unplugged it overnight, removed the wifi adapter and unplugged the ethernet cable - nothing works. It wants to start, but keeps turning itself off and rebooting over and over. Without out it actually coming on, I cannot interact with it at all. Any thoughts?
