Please refer to the this article for the stapler specification, if this information doesn't help you I would suggest calling into the Support Center @ 1-800-821-2797  to arrange a service technician.

will not staple left corner of all pages in document

Product Name: Xerox Nuvera 200/288 MX Perfecting Production System
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Win10 x64, Nuvera 288 PPS(installed September 1, 2020)

Case: will not corner stitch pages less than 30 sheets with a 30staple module. I changed curl from max to min using each curl choice thinking it maybe similar to Iridesse where you can chanfe curl up down or flat for both 1 and 2 sided documents.

I did notice during proofs that the entry of last page into staple area seemed very late like a timming issue.

Techs have been out but still no solve, any ideas? Anything I can do to try and help before I call for service
