will not start

Product Name: Phaser 7400
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi.

After I have changed the blogged waste-toner tubes, the printer is completely dead.

From a spare printer I've changed the power supply also, but to no avail. Printer's still dead. There's no noise and thus, the display does'n show anything.

Got any idea what else might be wrong, or, maybe could send a printer's blow up and a circuid diagram?
