im in cape verde is impossobel to have a xrorx tecnhiician . nedd help to try to resolve by my self. im electronics eng and informatic. i want know if the print module work withou the hard disk?? if possible the error is because the hard disk have problem?/

If this did not help then you would need to have a service person to come look at the machine.

hi the machine not have fax module. has printer module but not recognise it

Thank you for using the Support Forum. please try the following: 

NOTE: The correct order to power OFF and ON the machine and optional Fax Module should be followed to avoid problems.

1. If the optional Fax Module is installed on the rear of the machine, locate the power switch on the side of the module and move it into the down position to power OFF the module.
   
   
   
   
2. Power OFF the machine using the power switch located on the left side of the machine, towards the front. Move the switch into the down position to power OFF.
   
   
   
   NOTE: Wait a minimum of 30 seconds before powering the machine ON.
   
   
3. If the optional Fax Module is installed, move the power switch into the up position to power the module ON.
4. Power ON the machine by moving the power switch into the up position. The Touch Screen will indicate when the machine is ready for use.

Hi a buy a workcenter but i received it with error f9-00 ( cannot star the printe controller) . i conectet it with usb , network, lpt1 the pc not recognise it.
