Normally when this happens is because one or more services inside the printer operation systems don't run correctly. Because you can't connect a monitor to see what is going on, the only solution is to reload the SO again and for that you need a field engineer. You need to call for one.

I got the problem with my machine.WC Pro 5655.
booting up just 'till 75%.cannot completed 'till 100%.
