Unplug it from the network, if it does not get the fault then go around to each PC (or print server sharing the driver) and delete all the jobs in queue.
That code is a corrupt job in the spooler, until you can delete the job it won't stop occuring, the only other thing is to unplug from the network, change it's IP address and reinstall all the drivers on the clients, which ends up being the longer method.
If it still happens when not on the network, it is likely a hardware failure of the memory.
I have turned off/on, also tried turn off/ unplugged. 2 pages start up information pages print ok. Screen says ready, then changes to print (processing), nothing happens. Previous attemp to restart gave me the error code 123-314. right now it is stalled in the print(processing) mode.
