Thank you for using the Support Forum.Please make sure you are using the correct part number for the toner. please see the supplies webpage.  If you are not in North America it may be an issue with the country.  Please contact your local support centre for additional assistance.

xeorx phaser 6010 "invalid toner" with genuine

Hi,

I have two phaser 6010.

The first printer (produced at 2014)mounts genuine toner with code A132...134...

The second printer (produced at 2012) mounts genuine toner with code 1604, 1605, 1606...

The second printer accept the genuine toner of the first, and all it's ok.

The problem it's with the first printer, witch not accept the genuine toner of the second...

What's and where's the difference between the printers?

It's a problem of region??

Where do I buy the genuine toner for the first printer? And for wich country??
