Every time I try to setup both machines 5765 and 5790, they give me this fault, "ensure finsiher is docked"
The 2 cords in their place
The finisher is latched to the machine
and when I open the finisher door the screen gives error "door is open", it means the connection is correct
Need help to fix that and can start printing
