Most likely the LVPS is bad.
Its a serious hardware fault that would require a trained person to resolve, those trained people have the tools to look up the codes and it will tell them the parts and the method of replacing or troubleshooting them. Xerox doesn't sell that sort of documentation unless you do their courses/testing

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution concerning the Fault Code formats. The code you are seeing is an internal communications error. If a simple power off power on does not fix the issue, try to ping the printer from a computer. If it fails the ping contact your network admin. If it passes the ping test then make sure you are using the latest firmware for the printer. If this does not help please consider contacting your local support centre.
Why cant i find a list of the codes and what they mean? what the ef is chain link error=116-311? and why do you not provide a freaking list of the the codes that your machine is spitting out at me? whats the point?
