Thank you for using the Support Forum. THe fault code 091-941 indicates that the rear door is open or that there is a problem with the humidity sensor. Open and close the rear door. Make sure the machine is in a climate controlled environment. Fault 072-940 RFC 2 Jam or Error, check for an jammed paper or paper pieces. Fault 071-940 RFC 1 Jam or Error again check for a jam in this location or pieces of paper. If this information does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
