Hi,
It looks like the Low Voltage Power Supply is defective and did not provide all the voltages.
i also facing the same problem with my docucolor 250..online and job in memeory led blings together and machine is totally off but it's connect to
computer and when i give command to print it's gone to waiting..
plz reply..i need your help..
Thank You......
I powered off completely.
held the three keys down, powered up.. waited, waited.. then eventually the online and job in memory lights would begin blinking again.
the only activity I could hear happening on the unit was the fiery unit doing its power up.
I would hear some clicking and flickering of the monitor at first, but nothing..
Sorry , what do you mean by nothing, each of those should absolutely be doing something assuming the printer was off completely, then the keys were held down all at the same time and kept down through the power on cycle.
Those keys are initiating a format from the BIOS, before the OS or HDD are even initialized.
not one of those options did anything. i'm sorry.
guess this confirms that the printer is dead
I was assuming too that 'energy saver' is the same as the 'power saver' button
Things to make it boot (possibly) in order of how much you will lose (But realistically, it's all gone right now)
1. All Jobs will be lost. 1 + STOP + Energy Saver and turn on the power, don't let go until the progress bar
2. All your stuff will be lost. 6 + Stop + Energy saver and turn on the power, don't let go until the progress bar
3. Absolutely every thing will be lost. 4 + Stop + Energy Saver and turn on the power, don't let go until the progress bar
came in today to find my printer with the screen off and the job in memory and online lights flashing. I powered off the printer and fiery at them ain power source. unplugged the machine and waited 2 minutes. then plugged back in and powered up. document feeder moves, no progress meter or any sign of life on the screen. eventually the job in memory and online lights begin to flash.
what can I do to revive the printer or is it doa.
Thank You
