as  much has changed it gets very difficult to get replacement parts for xerox machines. As an non authorized tech where can I get parts to repair customers units? The new rules are to expensive for small guys to coop with yet we are 20 years in business in a small town  and could order from xerox ,  does anyone know a good reliable source in Canada?
