We are not familiar with the Xerox Canada ASP program rules you are raising as a deterrent to being part of our program, however we do recommend having a conversation with our Authorized Service Provider program so Xerox can attempt to address your specific concerns. as much has changed it gets very difficult to get replacement parts for xerox machines. As an non authorized tech where can I get parts to repair customers units? The new rules are to expensive for small guys to coop with yet we are 20 years in business in a small town and could order from xerox , does anyone know a good reliable source in Canada?
