The error you are getting is a "Main Tray Deskew Clutch Disconnect" error.  I believe that the clutch is part of the Media Drive Assembly on the left side of the printer.

Hi Joer 115,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The code you are seeing is a "Printer Error" according to the online support.  Please make sure you have the machine plugged in to a dedicated outlet, no extention cords, power strips or surge protectors just to test to see if the power source is the issue.  If the problem persists please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

xerox phaser 8560

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a phaser 8560 I am working on that when you turn it on it starts the post warm up and then you hear two clicks and throws code fault 37,018,45:13374.

 

Kinda at a stand point on this, what would be some options to look at?
