Have you tried searching for this fault code in the Phaser 8560 knowledge base. Click on the link below and enter the fault code (09,038.46) in the Fault Code Search field and the result should be displayed.

Hello lobuma,

The fault code 7,007.40 is a "Printhead Tilt Fault"  The numbers following the colon (102,729) refers to the print count on the machine at the time of the fault.  If you have any other questions let me know.

hello, 

we repair copiers and printers at our shop and we got an error code from a xerox phaser 8560. 

error code 07,007.40:102729. i have searched the internet for it and cant seem to find what the code is refering to. tried xerox support line and they want charge me to just to look up the code. so im hoping i can some information from here. 

also if someone can direct me to a sevice/parts manual for this machine that would be great.
