Re: xerox wc3345 network loop

Hi,

Try to change the IP address, eventually ping the IP whithout the network cable connected to machine. I've had a few days ago a situation like yours.

Re: xerox wc3345 network loop

Hello vsia,

Is your machine plugged directly into the wall, if the outlet is functioning correctly then I would suggest calling into the support center at 1-800-821-2797.

Thanks,

xerox wc3345 network loop

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello everyone!
i recently bought a xerox workcentre 3345 but i am having a problem:
My aim is to install the printer via network cable.
After turning on the printer and running the driver installation program contained in the installation CD, when I connect the network cable, the printer restarts continuously.
I tried to reinstall the drivers several times but the result doesn't change.
I anticipate that I am trying to install the printer on a desktop PC with windows 10 pro on board
I ask the community for help
