Hi sgotesman,
Thank you for using the Xerox forum.
It seems that you are asking about a solution without explaining your problem/ issue.
Have you looked at the WorkCentre 7328/7335/7345/7346 support site?
The instructions you are looking for are only available to Authorized service providers.
"Authorized" service providers go to product training and learn about the operation and relationships of the different Xerographic sections inside this specific machine. When attending this training they receive service documentation that gets continually updated.
I am a former serviceman and understand that development has many interactions with other sections of your printer.
For example: the voltages used in toner transfer from the developer can change depending on humidity or drum age or selected density and more, so there are many factors and relationships to consider before and during developer housing replacement.
It may not be in your best interest to try this on your own, without the full training and documentation.
You may consider contacting our specific product support experts for customers in the USA at the following link:
Fast Track to the Expert
If you are outside the USA you should contact the local support center in your area which you can find here:

I know i'm asking a difficult question but is there any way someone can give me a step by step how to replace a developer housing unit.
