yes i tried calibrating it was detecting the worng places.
buy anyway, i know its not recommended, but i unscrewed the whole console (very complicated, had to put each type of screws seperately to remember where they were) it looked to me that one connection there was loose a little, i washed up the glass good, reconnected everytthing, and thank god now its working perfectly.
in other words i was an engineer myself. but please no one copy me. the whole console to buy new is also not that much it would be $700 u can connect it yourself.
Hey!
Have you tried calibrating the screen? it's a long shot, but since the touch function still works I believe trying is not a waste of time, takes a few minutes. Just follow THIS.
As said before, it may not work at all, and you might end up with being in need of an engineer.

Unfortunately you will need a new console.
no i don't have a maintenance agreement.
but is there a way i can change what type of paper i placed in the trays through my computer, instead of from the screen?
in other words i wana change the paper tray attributes through my coumputer instead of on the machine.
the scrren on the printer isn't working properly. when i press something it dosn't work. buy some do work just i have to press on another place on the screen not on the place where that option is.
for example if i bring up the login screen the bottom letters - z x c v b n m etc. - work properly, but the next line a s d f g h j k l etc. - dont work only if i press the q w e r t y u i o p - in other words when i press the Q in comes up an A.
and this is what happens the whole way up and the top options like "enter" dont work at all .
is there a way to reset the screen? or is something internal broken?
