It looks like the IH Driver PWB (it is a power supply for the fuser) to be defective.

Hello, my xerox workcentre 7830 was showing 310.370.00 error code. and fuser error messange on the panel screen. i remplace the fuser and do software reset but the error is not going. Tanks for helping me.
