Use the Reply button in a message to write a response to a particular post. You'll see a screen similar to the Post Message screen. There are a few differences:
- When you reply to a post, the subject line will be filled in for you automatically. You can change it if you want.
- You can use the Quote Message button to paste the message to which you are replying into the body of your reply. This step is not necessary unless there are multiple replies and there is a particular section you want to quote.
Also, when you post a message as a reply, it will be added to the existing thread. It won't create a new thread. If your reply concerns a different product or error code please consider creating a new and separate post for better visibility of your issue.
