Thank you for sharing the informtion about the drivers not working on El capitan os 11.01 and resolving it too.

I will contact support forum to recieve further information on this particular issue.

It isn't the Mac causing the issue, the printer has a paid option to use PS, which your Mac needs, and the printer hasn't got.

You need to call sales, there are no PCL drivers for Mac.

You can verify if I'm right in CWIS or on the config sheet.

Our facility has both Mac and PC users all of the PC users have no issues with their drivers but all of the Mac users using mac os 10.11 El Capitan system can connect to the printer but not able to print, a error page is printed by the printer mentioning post script...some PC users had the same issue but were able to install the pcl 6 driver which I do not see available for the macs.  Please help.
