010-106 Paper jam in the Fuser Module error (paper won't eject fully)

My new printer was delivered today. Upon setup, it can't get past the new setup print page. I cleared the paper about 15 times before I noticed that the paper leaves the fuser, but never fully ejects to the print tray. Obviously this isn't normal, but I wanted to see if there's a quick and easy do-it-yourself fix before I pack it up and return it. The error code is 010-106 Paper jam in the Fuser Module, but as mentioned above, it prints, but there seems to be an error with the rollers that fully eject the paper to the print tray.
