024-310 fault

Try to replace the interlock on the finisher and interface module and check their power cables.

Thanks for the reply. I replaced the interlock and still the same fault. The interlock is good, the fans kick on and off when the door is opened and closed.

When I disconnect the finisher and interface module the machine will get ready. But when I plug those back in and restart it throws the fault. The finisher and interface module cycle like they should. I open the doors to both of them and turn on the machine and it still throws the error.

Any ideas?

Can someone tell me what 024-310 fault is? I’m not finding any answers on this in the docs. Machine won’t do anything just gives this fault.
