I had the same Issue and when I use 7zip (same thing as jcd2num1 described) the installation went through
The easiest way around this issue is to just un-zip the files yourself to a directory. I was able to open the .exe file with 7-zip and drill down the folder tree until I found the main setup files. I un-zipped those to a directory and the installation completed without any issues. Seems their un-packing process of the executable is having issues for some reason, but this workaround is pretty easy.
There really is nothing more annoying than a company that immediately discards old drivers because they think the new driver is going to work for all systems. On a fresh install of windows 10, the du.dll error pops up. I presume you haven't done a full windows update yet?
You can use their old driver from 2016 to install your printer, it's unfortunately not from their drivers' url since they've removed it.
This is the 2016 August 15th Driver. There's an issue with the new driver package, it doesn't extract like the old one did either.
Setup for the package always fails, either because the .tmp folder name is incorrectly registered, or when setup is run directly, the .msi file immediately errors out. Pls note the suggested remedy above is 12 years old!

I am using a Lenovo Flex 5 laptop and a PC tower, both are running windows 10.
When selecting 'Setup Printer and Install Software' I am met with an error that reads 'Load du. dll fail'. and continue to select connection via USB and am met with an error 'Windows cannt find... Make you typed the name correctly, and then try again.' and it includes a data path. Next, it will close out and nothing else happens.
I am wondering if I should use and older version of the Installation Package, if so, where can I find it. What should I do?
