I printed a multi-page document and during printing my paper tray went empty. Printing has stopped and my printer has displayed error code 071-101.
I opened the flaps as described but there was no paper jam. Then I closed everything again and added new paper. Now the error is displayed again every time I try to print.
I canceled the print and restarted it. I have restarted the printer. I even disconnected the printer from power for a few minutes, but nothing helped.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?
