Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would require a service visit. Please contact the support department again to request a service technician.

08-500 paper jam but no paper

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi,

The machine will print and whole piece of A4 sheet will come out, but after that the machine would show error 08-500 (paper jam at back). There is nothing to do with the paper setting as I have been using this setting for over a year.

I have tried the following methods:

1. clean the inside 

2. turn off overnight and turn on again

Called Xerox for 3 days now. No reply. Please help.
