I found an article for code 09-800 with some steps to try, if you're still having issues after this I would suggest calling into the support center at 1-800-821-2797 to schedule a service call.
09-800 The machine has detected an invalid Toner Cartridge. User intervention is required to remove the existing cartridge and to install a valid Toner Cartridge. Printing has stopped, all other machine services(if installed) are unaffected.
