Versalink C405 Error Message (092-318)
Printer will not work after replacing yellow toner cartridge. Have followed trouble shooting steps, and replaced xerox cartridges twice, still the same message.
Have restarted printer several times, as per instructions, printer still showing error code when restarted, and same message to restart printer. Just going round in circles.
Help please?
Hi,
It could be from a defective yellow drum cartridge, or from ROS (laser system), or from HVPS (High Voltage Power Supply), so it will be better to have a tech.
