I'm having the same issue. New drums and new toner.
Tech came out and suggest a new MCU PWB...this is a newer printer, I don't understand why it now needs a new electronic board.
Any thoughts would be very accepted!

I am having EXACTLY the same problem after changing the yellow toner cartridge. Was your issue resolved in a way without having to involve a tech?
Does anyone else have an updated solution?

It could be from a defective yellow drum cartridge, or from ROS (laser system), or from HVPS (High Voltage Power Supply), so it will be better to have a tech.

Have restarted printer several times, as per instructions, printer still showing error code when restarted, and same message to restart printer. Just going round in circles.
