In addition, if you have jobs imported in the held list, they will need re-importing.

Hello Bidbi,

I suspect the Fiery Server is automatically converting the paper size.  This can be turned off.

Ensure you are logged in to Command Workstation as Administrator. Select Server from the menu and then Configure.

Under PDL then PS there is an option Convert Paper Sizes that is probably set to to Letter/Tabloid->A4-A3.  Change this to No.

You will need to Apply and then Reboot the server.

When the server is back up & running the device should happily run US sizes.

Hi I am trying to print some 11" 17" paper on our Xerox 560 however each time I press print the machine automatically requests that I put a3 in the tray. (I am in the UK).

The paper has been correctly set in command workstation and when loaded into the printer. I have also set the default size of the tray to 11" 17" and removed a3 presets. 

Any help appreciated cheers.
