116-324

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Android
Hello, bought a few months the WC6515 that printed from my phone out of the box a few configurations after it stopped printing and shows me the 116-324 error code demanding restart. Any tips on what could be wrong? So far only from Android devices seems to be trouble the windows 7 and 10 work about fine

I restarted the printer several times still the problem persists and just updated to latest firmware and and I'm having the same trouble with wireless printing. Any other solutions to this case?
